Ya' know sumpin'? I'm thinkin' maybe your "Bucky shots" are the best picture taking method after-all. Sumpin' about your fugly mug starin' straight into the camera is kind'a scary! :suspicion:
You are a turkey killin turkey! :)

Thanks guys!
I deer hunt cause it's something to do, I Turkey hunt cause I HAVE to!!!!
Love this time of the year and being out in the early morning, watching the world wake up and then hearing a gobbler turn loose from the roost close by just does it for me.
Unlike deer hunting it is a LOT of interacting.
It took me years and a lot of r u n n o f t birds to finally learn the talk, what to say, how loud it say it and when to just go quiet.
In the beginning I had a turkey vest full of every call made, and decoys. Bet it weighed 30 pounds.
Now I carry one diaphragm call (and a spare) and a bottle of water and a apple.
Turkey hunting is just what winds my watch I guess.
I'm done in SC and only one bird left I can get in NC. Then I'll be calling for other folks the rest of the season.

If you can outsmart one, you have truly done a deed. Turkeys are funny though. They're as sly as a fox and can see and hear a gnat scratch his ass, but then you'll be ginning along through the woods one day minding your own business and walk into a whole herd of them and they won't have a clue.
