and the cornbread is in the oven.......bring it on. When the chili and cornbread is gone it'll be followed by soup and homemade bread.
Who says us southern boys can't handle the snow?

Dang! Chili & cornbread sounds real good right now! My cook is downstairs in the kitchen as we speak. Maybe I’ll text a request. I’m still trying to decide whether I want to watch the Daytona 500 today. If so, that would be the perfect meal. :)

I’ve been waiting through the Daytona 500 rain delay and Lynn served a surprise Valentine’s Day dinner to me in front of the tv! A beautiful salad with her homemade dressing (which is to die for), roasted broccoli florets, a HUGE 1-1/2 pound Porterhouse and THREE lobster tails! Damn! I’m stuffed!
Back to my diet tomorrow. :(

Whats the down low on your temp sensors? That’s on my list for my outdoor cooking. Be niceto be able to monitor low temp stuff when you don’t want to open the lid and let the heat escape

CD, first thing I do as well although I only have 2 so going to have to up my game.
BBP,
It's a meater, and I like it.
PROS
Measures both ambient and internal Temps.
Very accurate on temp
Meater block connects to wifi. So you can read it anywhere you have internet (note: make sure the block can connect to internet and be close enough to the probes)
It's wireless
Solid program to see cook temp and graphs
CONs
Pricey
Estimated cook time is usually way off

Dang! I should have you guys over to cook on Thursday. By then we're supposed to have another 5 to 15 inches on the ground depending on which bunch you listen to.
I haven't seen the ground since I don't know when. But like you dufes I've been eating well. :)

You don’t need temp probes the way you burn a steak, save your money.

There’s a joke here but I am going to refrain out of respect for Julie.
